Hello friends! ✨ I felt the need to address this issue that was going around the comment section since I uploaded this video. 🌻 Some of you probably might have noticed that my uncle and I had our shoes on when we were unloading and bringing all my stuff into my new apartment and as most of you know, it's a Japanese culture/custom to take your shoes off every time you enter someone's home. I know that showing this in this video was wrong in all angles and I apologize that I wasn't responsible enough. It was very cold on that day that it made it difficult to constantly have to wear and take our shoes off due to the amount of stuff we needed to bring and carry inside the apartment. Please don't worry because after unloading all my things, I did clean immediately. I can’t believe anyone would criticize you for doing something as REASONABLE as not removing your shoes on moving day! We also have a strong culture of removing our shoes here in Central Europe, but no one I know has ever bothered to remove them on moving days. Some people have nothing better to do than criticize everyone else because they themselves are so lacking in compassion.
Ignore them. I bet the people who criticise you were not even Japanese. They just want to ruin the vibes. Don’t give attention to them. By the way I really love your videos keep making them. Thank you 🥰🥰

Congats on your new apartment! I've watched all your videos and I enjoyed every single one of them. Just a conern though. I've noticed that when you're cooking, most of them you don't allow or wait for it to boil- like when cooking ramen or with raw meat. Just a concern for your health.

I've heard that Tokyo is an expensive city to live in. That's just what I've heard. I've never lived anywhere else but the US so I really don't have a frame of reference.
Greetings! Long story short, my occupation allows me to work just about anywhere & I've always wanted to experience Japan while I'm young & able. I just don't know how to go about it and began getting realistic about my move as of early May. I've narrowed it down to Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto but I'm open to other cities. I'm a young professional in my 20s & I'm just trying to gather as much information so I can take the appropriate steps to make this move possible by the end of the year God willing. Also, what's the current state in the country? As far as C-19 goes. Any feedback would be highly appreciated! Tysm for reading up to here! Hope to hear from somebody out there.
