Rooftop Skatepark In TOKYO?? Is Miyashita Park Any Good??

- This time I went to Miyashita skatepark in Shibuya Tokyo with my friend Hayate. I was actually surprised with what he thought about this skatepark.

If you are then I’m sure you’ll have at least a bit of fun haha plus it’s kinda cool just because it’s on a rooftop in Shibuya

I thought this park is crazy and I love how every thing flows but it kinda sucks how you have to pay just to enter but over all the park looks like a well made park and it’s not overly crowded from what I see so I will give the park .................solid 8/10 but do u need helmets when ur in the park
Yea it’s definitely built well but to me it felt like the design was meant for a wider area so they tried to shrink it down to fit in that space so the curves and flow is kinda abrupt. You do need a helmet but they let you use theirs for free

The old Miyashita skate park was way better. It was like 2/3 street skating and 1/3 bowl. There were stairs, ledges, lips, rails, banks, hips etc.
Yea I only saw videos of it but didn’t get to go before it was gone 😢 it looked really cool

ただ渋谷区はストリートの規制すごいのにこのパークしかないのが。。。
ということで評価は3。
渋谷区民だけど週一しか滑る時間ないからここ行くのは時間がもったいなー
対して世田谷区はいっぱいパークあるからありがたい。
ああ、そうかもしれないね。でも狭すぎてveniceみたいにかっこいい技できないw

Also it kinda feeels like they took a design for a bigger park and shrunk the dimensions down. That’s probably why hayate thought it was hard to skate

でも！路面綺麗でロケーションも良かったので行ってみる価値ありです。
