Would love it if Dynamic Herb Cebu would have a stadium bigger than Camp Nou in Spain, Wembley Stadium in England and Rungrado Stadium in North Korea. But let's face it, this is far from reality even if we have enough money... It would be a waste to build a stadium like that because there's very few football fan in the Philippines. Sure we might get the highest attendance but that's only in the grand opening. We're like Lithuania of Asia. Lithuania and the Philippines are both Basketball country were as the neighbouring countries like Malaysia and Indonesia are football countries. That 150,000-seater stadium can't be possible in Cebu unless it is used as an event venue for religious sects such as Philippine Arena by Iglesia ni Cristo and Davao's King Dome of Quiboloy. Cebu is mainly Roman Catholic and very few population adherents to INC and much less to KJC. The Philippine Arena is actually planned to be the venue for NIC's huge religious gatherings for all its members so is King Dome. They were not planned primarily to hold sports or musical events. If that 150K-seater arena is built in Cebu, it will be a big loss to the operator due to the absence of regular religious events of KJC as it has very few followers in Cebu. I think the Philippine is enough with Philippine Arena and King Dome. Let Quiboloy and Rama talk about their nonsense stories to themselves. Let them dream until they get intoxicated with it.:-)

Cebu has malls, I mean, a LOT of malls. They're scattered everywhere in Cebu City and some outlets of malls are planned to open some others. These are the outlets of malls which has a mall/malls in Cebu City, especially including the other areas: SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons Malls and Gaisano.
Just make sure they have better traffic flow for vehicles and parking. Hopefully they learn from the mess they have at the Philippine Arena. Also Lodging accommodations too.

This is merely my viewpoint. Why would they prioritize it while Cebu City itself is still filthy, overcrowded, home to many illegal settlers, awful traffic, too poor, and filled with homeless people camped out in parks, etc.? Instead of prioritizing it only to brag that something has been done of a given politician's tenure, building a large stadium that would cost millions or billions of dollars may be used for excellent infrastructure in the city itself and aiding the poor and settlers in the slum areas is a blessing.

That 150,000-seater stadium can't be possible in Cebu unless it is used as an event venue for religious sects such as Philippine Arena by Iglesia ni Cristo and Davao's King Dome of Quiboloy. Cebu is mainly Roman Catholic and very few population adherents to INC and much less to KJC. The Philippine Arena is actually planned to be the venue for NIC's huge religious gatherings for all its members so is King Dome. They were not planned primarily to hold sports or musical events. If that 150K-seater arena is built in Cebu, it will be a big loss to the operator due to the absence of regular religious events of KJC as it has very few followers in Cebu. I think the Philippine is enough with Philippine Arena and King Dome. Let Quiboloy and Rama talk about their nonsense stories to themselves. Let them dream until they get intoxicated with it.:-)

Cebu has malls, I mean, a LOT of malls. They're scattered everywhere in Cebu City and some outlets of malls are planned to open some others. These are the outlets of malls which has a mall/malls in Cebu City, especially including the other areas: SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons Malls and Gaisano.

This is merely my viewpoint. Why would they prioritize it while Cebu City itself is still filthy, overcrowded, home to many illegal settlers, awful traffic, too poor, and filled with homeless people camped out in parks, etc.? Instead of prioritizing it only to brag that something has been done of a given politician's tenure, building a large stadium that would cost millions or billions of dollars may be used for excellent infrastructure in the city itself and aiding the poor and settlers in the slum areas is a blessing.
