SAHM What I eat in a day for weight loss | Cottage cheese wraps | Meal prepping for a coffee fest

To make life simpler I decided to make a few meals to take with us to a coffee fest, temptation on a strict diet is tough! I am currently back on the carnivore/keto diet to help aid in weight loss and to feel my best self. Comment down below if you try these recipes. Have a good weekend!
Disclaimer: I am not super strict about not having dairy and some condiments* it's ok to stick to what your body doesn't respond negatively to.

Cottage cheese flat bread:
2 cups cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/4 bacon bits or cooked bacon
blend
Bake at 385 for 30 mins then broil for 5 mins if you want it nice and browned.
Tuna Chaffle:
3 cans tuna
4 eggs
2 cups raw cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
mix and cook in a waffle maker. if you want it like a tuna melt (more crisp and cheesy) leave out the eggs!
Homemade Mayo:
1 room temp egg
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
blend with an immersion blender. Thickness is a hit or miss when blending lol
