- Sorry I didn't have a lot of time to organize footage for editing this week ( I totally blame WoW Season of Discovery ). Lots of G428, pistol, and LATV footage to sort through. Anyways this kind of video is pretty easy to put together and considering the backlog there is always some already organized. I included an audio bug that I think is related to ShadowPlay or at least I've never come across it in my recordings until I started running ShadowPlay with the audio tracks split into two separate tracks. I suppose it could be related to Discord but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed it before in recordings prior to switching to two tracks if it was.

I just noticed that Angel’s voice line when revived someone is sometimes “Nothing fatal! Nothing fatal!” Which is kinda hilarious because by definition if you’re using a defibrillator on someone, whatever happened definitely WAS fatal.
Uhh but you saved their life so it’s NOT fatal.
One of the best quotes or voiceover lines in this game are from McKay. When he is badly hurt you could hear him say “I am shitting blood”. Cracks me up. Playing as him and spotting enemies he says stuff like “Pack of fuckers spotted”. Simply the best.

The line isn't anything magical, but the way the voiceactor says it just brings me joy and energy. It's great.
@@sirdiealot53It was a fatal injury that would have resulted in death had you not saved them. There are plenty of things that are fatal and absolutely WILL result in death if not dealt with.
I still can't get over how manoeuvrable & speedy those little birds are when compared to previous titles. Proper easy mode. Great video as usual 👌

I like how most or every pilot flys low and slow or high and slow, even when they can check the score board to see who's all in tbe game they don't see Ravic anywhere on the board and they also fly in a very straight lines with no weaving and bobing involved

Helis is more casual in 2042 than in bf4. Sad
They even dumbed it down slightly between BF3 and BF4, making it harder or impossible to over rotate the attack choppers in certain directions.

With the recent resurgence in World, do you think you’ll go back to MHW?
I know mus1ck has been interested and I sort of was with the ICE mod but every time I go and look at recent MHW videos I'm reminded of all the crap that is required ( mantles/cloaks, siege monsters ) and the things you have to unlock and my interest drops. Also I don't think they fully addressed the input lag with mouse and keyboard controls in MHW and after the freedom of that in MHR I think I'd rather just wait for the next one.

I seriously have no clue what the purpose of the defibrilator is anymore. The "dead" teammates are obviously still conscious, so why are you friendly-firing them while they're clearly awake? You should be dressing them up or giving them adrenaline. I would rather go back to actual unconscious dudes instead.
Rao was useless but at least was annoying to helis, now rao literally does nothing against helis.
Have you run into any cheaters yet? There's already been some controversy with a pro pilot being caught cheating.
A few but those are only the obvious ones. Without spectator it's hard to confirm whether some are cheating or not because there are so many things already in the game that to the person getting killed feels like cheating but from the perspective of the person killing the game gave them the information ( 3D spotting or reticle/passive spotting through walls or smoke, yes I'm serious ). And since the game doesn't inform you when you are spotted in such ways you have no way to know for sure. Not sure I know the "pro pilot" controversy, I'm aware of a person that was caught cheating and flew jets but I'd never refer to someone that has never competed in a tournament or league for money a "pro".
I hope and pray the next BF has more immersion, 2042 sucks the life out of me even watching it being played (no disrespect to you Rav in regards to clips/content) the game is just soulless

Just wondering if they made it easier to snipe pilots out, or is it yourself that makes it look so effortless or does the game need balancing. I spent thousands of hours back in the day on BF4. Just wondering.
@@electorofsaxony7646 Oh absolutely not. With BF4 and the way aircraft handled having more appropriate physics and mobility limits it makes it way easier to shoot pilots out of in BF4. In BF2042 those two things ( physics and mobility ) alone make it an absolute pain in the ass, then you had damage reduction to windows making your bullets do less damage to players inside, then you have desync and lower tick-rate making the hitboxes of the player models inside the vehicle lag far behind into the vehicle making it a task to first FIND their hitbox before actually being able to start on the task of killing the pilot. It's not like infantry players are allowed to move so fast that vehicles have to search for their hitbox. They could mitigate some of the issues by fixing the physics and mobility but DICE apparently don't have the backbone to try and undo the power creep given to vehicles going from BF1 to BF2042 and they can't fix the desync because they can't increase the tick-rate without sacrificing something else on the server and they've already sacrificed quite a few things just to get it to where it is. DICE put in this dumb weapon that basically functions as a workaround to some of those issues and I'd rather they just remove it so those issues are more glaring and obvious to others so they can understand how broken vehicles are in comparison and how good they have it. Basically none of the things vehicle mains can do in BF2042 are possible in BF3 or BF4, well almost everything, for some reason they decided to bring back rocket pod spam to BF2042 which was always an unbalanced and broken feature of BF3, so that is still possible and in some ways worse because 3D spotting. If this was easy I wouldn't have to do frequently ever time we play, other players would be doing it but they aren't because they can't. That wasn't something we experienced in BF3 or BF4, random players did it all the time in those games and that is probably why most of the time chopper mains focused more on eliminating enemy vehicles.

6x scope, which is the second highest zoom level available for the Rorsch.
