So nice, with underwater fotos too! When you where sneaking up on the fish, it reminded me of my early teenage years. We had a small stream closeby, and we fished for trout. Very shy fish, and if you walked heavily and showed your silouette, the fish were gone. We used three meter rods, with 1,5 meter line and worms as bait. The place was so overgrown with trees it was sometimes hard to move even with that small equipment. We fished for food back then, and it was very convinient - one fish around four hekto, that is one person. Two fish, two persons. This was around 1983 in Sweden. I have fished some more in later years, but that is the only fishing I really miss. I got a bad consience later in life - had we overfished the stream? Many years later, I returned. I deliberately did the mistakes - stomping around and showing my silouette. I was rewarded with seeing a lot of "black plows" fleeing from me. The trout are ok and back in numbers! :D
