The owner is really into Greek mythology and without googling it, I think Bacchus was the god of wine and libations. The eye on the top is Egyptian, it's the eye of Horace. Justin Copeland had a great interview with him on his channel where he went into deep detail.

Or itsrougher brother, Mancera Red Tobacco. I have both and this this was disappointing. I wish it was better but not. Almost embarrassed to be a Texan. Ha. Thanks
