Greetings, watched a few of your videos man, I think I found you from a video where you were traveling and stealth camping at a park in Lithuania or somewhere. Crazy to see you here and know you're a fellow watcher of Andy. A small world, the international budget travelers.
Andy is very sensitive to the cold and after his website shut down he doesn't have money to invest in proper camping gear anymore, so that won't happen. He camped at a lake in Indiana for a month or two over the summer and it went poorly for him I think, he had terrible gear and was tied to one camping spot at some random lake in boring Indiana.
You're interesting to me because I come more from the camping world, along with hiking and bike touring. I see myself living out my days camping in the US/canada and doing Andy's style of budget backpacking abroad. Mixing in some stealth camping not only to save money on hotels but also to experience more nature is very appealing to me, at least for Europe or the western countries.

@@beanieknowledge9019 Cool beans thanks, yea you are welcome to follow along. I'm here in Turkey in a hotel now. I was doing free camping in Lativa, Lithuania, both good during this summer, over there i saw some wild animals literally like 50 feet from the city but otherwise it was ok and lots of cover and greenery and the weather is not too hot or cold.

I prefer cheap guesthouses generally because I snore a lil too much.

last night a new person in the dorm snored loud enough to wake up the person that normally snores, and grunts. I thought about putting snoring on this list but it's not something we control. You have empathy for others. I work very hard to not annoy the young people.

Andy, I'm staying at a hotel- in Osaka ranges 15-25 dollars, there;s even cheaper. Dude Japan is a good deal right now.I mean its like less than 100 square feet but who cares?

Hostels have evolved significantly for the worse in a lot of countries . Many large hotel groups have acquired hostels (Generator chain for example) and changed them into money-making machines. So called “designer” common areas, “arty” themes, but little ambiance other than drinking ( bar in the common area). And the prices are often more expensive than getting a hotel.

In Japan you can stay in an Internet cafe similar to a hostel but better for about same price

In the past you spoke about getting an individual room in a hostel. Does that exist at your location?

My guess is 95% of hostels have single rooms. it's very common
