In this video i check to see if the mighty Maglite can withstand being dunked into a bucket of water. It seems to have survived.

It would be nice if Maglite could up their water resistance a bit, but they're still a go to brand for me. Mine have been in heavy rain and snow and still worked fine.

I agree, a 2 meter water resistance would be good

RUclips can make the torch more waterproof when You pull a bycicle tube over it. 🫡
