Plan on comeing to San Antonio anytime soon? Iam in between beginner to intermediate iam better at climbing and my flow isn't very good trying to get better
Did either of you ever run the Ninja Warrior course competitively(besides that one time as a streaker)? I know you guys did some work for them at one period of time, does that disqualify you from competing with the other competitors?
+Tappbrothers hey guys! love the videos and so happy your putting on more content on the channel! however i have a quick question for my workouts, i have a strength circuit i like to do but after viewing your eccentric workout vids i was wondering if i should apply eccentric exercises to all my circuits or just use your version and add that a few times a week? any advice would be greatly appreciated
How detailed does this book go into as far as workout regimes? Does it just tell you what the workout moves are and how to do them or do they go into detail on how to use those movements to create a regime?
+BrainDeadZombies it does both. there are a few chapters full of the best exercises and the final chapter shows you how to put it all together in the best way.
+Chris Georgakopoulos For beginners, we recommend mastering the basics. Looks like you already have some vaults down. The safety vault, lazy vault, speed vault, parkour roll, tac, precision jump, cat leap, kong vault, wall run, top out or muscle up, stride precisions, etc the essential moves for parkour. Since you are a beginner, make sure to train these movement in a low to ground safe environment. Parks tend to be a good training spot for beginners and of course a gym ;) If you want a full break down of some of these basic movements and training for beginners you can check out our free 5 day pk course here @ www.learnmoreparkour.com Train safe bro!
