There is a large Hasidic community in Stamford Hill in London. They are very insular and inward looking. Their borough has one of the lowest crime rates in London. It's just a shame that they seem so unaware of English cultural norms when they venture outside of their home borough.
I have grown up with lots of Jewish people and I have never seen them act so disrespectful. Watching these videos I have seen bad behavior by them before. I live in America and we respect each other here and try to follow normal behavior……

I had to ask who the people were with the partially shaved heads, and long curled ringlets of hair and black skull caps...and was told they are Jewish.....OK, that upset me greatly that they OFTEN are the ones creating situations for the guards, mocking the guards, taunting the horses, having to be told to leave for behaviors. I have seen this family before and they go out of their way to be outlandishly rude to the guards. maybe ban them? Trespass them from the premises permanently?

I don’t know if they don’t understand what the word move means or trying to figure out why they’re so disrespectful. I thought maybe it’s a language barrier but when someone is making a gesture to you for your safety, MOVE!!!! Also, I think they should have one police officer out front near each horse when the crowd gets out of hand. This is not a farm where you can just go up and pet the horse. It’s a military base with real soldiers…. One of these days a horse will end up kicking someone in the face in order for them to listen.
