Yes internal storages especially SSDs are much faster and boosts performance, so I think you should install it on ur internal SSD and give it a try☺️

Actually it is on higher presets, I found out medium preset to be both enjoyable with decent fps. I wouldn't recommend low as it makes it look a bit 💩
