Almost a year later I still come back to watch this Launch/Landing every few weeks. It really was groundbreaking! It's crazy how much Starbase has changed since too
Words can't express how incredible this achievement is. It's insane how far SpaceX has come with Starship. Exactly one year ago, SN4 was doing a preburner test, and now look at where they are. Unbelievably inspiring, and everyone who worked on making this successful is awesome!
Same here, but it seems by only about two hours. Really didn’t know if today was going to go ahead or not so just waited around and realised the video had popped up 30 minutes prior. Still though, you really feel like you are part of the entire community experience.
Spacex is awesome, but you know who else is awesome? The nsf team! They provided us with live coverage for almost 12 hours. I can’t even talk for an hour without getting tired. Keep it up NSF!
In India, the launch time would coincide with our time in the deep night. Opened RUclips in the morning, and saw the mighty structure standing covering my whole phone screen.
Same I'm from India. I woke up the next day, opened RUclips, and I'm not sure how I felt after seeing the first Starship prototype landing but it was amazing!
watched this from india at 4:am at morning......i set alarm at 3:45 and woke up to see starship and i am glad i did......space x rocks....congrats to the team and elon......way to go....thank you for inspiring ppl like us.....
I love it when Chris G. is co-hosting because I learn so many fascinating, in-depth things. The amount of knowledge jammed into his head is just impressive. Thank you to Chris G. and the rest of the NSF crew for the amazing stream and stellar coverage of the Starship program. Never change! #ChrisGFanClub
whats so great about “ making history “ ? What does that mean ? That it will be recorded in books , and hard drives ? That it will capture hearts minds and imaginations ?
The smoothness of the flight along with how well the skin looks, SpaceX has really upgraded things on the starship. A few protypes models back you couldn't tell tell if they were making progress. Now you can.
Coming back and watching this a year later, it is still one of the most exciting things to watch. We've come so far now! We are on the eve of the first ever launch of Starship 24 on Booster 7.
Thank you so so much for you continuing excellent coverage of these historically significant events. When I started watching you I loved rockets but knew not that much about how they work beyond the obvious but now am learning all about them. Great job!
It’s so great to see the starship landed and stayed in one piece Now the engineers have something to work on for future improvement instead to digging though a pile of debris trying to figure out what happened The only frustration is the poor visibility obscured the entire flip sequence Otherwise it would be perfect Imagine if they landed . And then launch again . Haha
So excited for the future! All the amazing things in sci-fi stories could finally come true as humanity extends its settlements in the Solar System--and beyond! A lot will happen in my lifetime and even more in my children's lifetime. So excited for them! Go SpaceX go!
I am so proud of SpaceX and NASA the United States is now the front-runner the moon and on to Mars Godspeed thank you SN15 you will be in the history books forever
That little fire after landing made me anxious till the end 😄...but SN15 has delivered as promised! Congratulations Spacex and Elon Musk! The Mars dream is coming ever closer to reality! The successful landing should also be a big plus for spacex to get the moon bid from NASA...A big thumbs up to the whole team for their hardwork and perseverance! 👍... Much love from Nepal ❤

For those curious: 9:53:49 is about where the the General Dynamics Robot comes in. It's hard to see (had to up my phone quality to 720p). If you watch you can make out a little shape sitting around the right leg a little closer to the camera than the rocket. Must have been there before Das switched to that view. There is what seems to be a little white puff of venting on the other side of the rocket (visible under the rocket). Don't follow that but it's when the robot begins to move. The robot starts to move to the left of the rocket. Stopping briefly by the leg leg. Then it moves out a little ways and then moves back to the left leg. I lose track of it when it goes behind whatever that is sitting closer but visually between the left and far leg.
Man, watching this after the first test flight of the full stack, and waiting for the second flight, it really shows how much Starbase has grown... I'm curious how it will look in 2 years time.
Blimey, this’s just wooonderful. FINALLY, a nominal landing. Such a great success. And confirmed straight away by Elon as well.👌🏼 just goes to show how much of a truly huge interconnected community experience this really is. Doesn’t get much better than this. 🎉 Next up, Starship Booster.😎 Seriously though guys! ‘3.47 MILLION VIEWS’ and counting as of posting this!? AMAZING. That has got to be some kind of record now for this channel.
What a success of STARSHIP 15!🌈. That was only 3 Engines. What about the 32 Raptor Engines for Orbital Flight and Landing this coming days? I believe it will fly like a shooting star and landed like a smooth feather. Congratulations SpaceX Team!😍

@Тимофе́й Озаровский I suspect you have the right of it.
So proud right now to be human!
@AmazonBall They should put it next to the booster in hawthorne
I ended up going to bed & missed this magnificent landing! Well done SpaceX.
I woke up early 2 days in a row to see it. The day i get groceries it launches lol.

well its not like one person talks for 12 hours, pretty sure they switch
There reaction to both camera on the wing and landing were the most memorable parts
Watching this after flight test 5. Been following the programme since Starhopper. The progress in such a short time is insane.
