You are just too cute and I thank you for staying true to who you are! :) Also, I use to get the "too young" comments all the time like when I flew to Florida and sat in the emergency aisle and was asked "I have to ask but are you over the age of 21?" "Uh yes, I am 25...." LOL! Nothing wrong with being thought you are too young though! :) Have a great day!!!!!
My mom wrote in every book/coloring book, when I was growing up and I love it so much! She passed away 15 yrs ago and it brings back so many memories when I open them! My kids love looking at them too (and calling me old, I'm only 33😜)

Anyway, I actually haven't seen the movie, and I don't think I can just because I loved the book SO much. I definitely recommend it and especially if you are around highschool age

Lol, I just subscribed to your channel in March (?) and I am just now going back and watching some of these earlier videos. I agree with you about teaching the younger grades- I did not want to work with 5th or 6th graders, but my first student teaching was with 6th graders. I was so not prepared, and I ended up not passing my first round of student teaching- which was 15 weeks, half with 6th graders, half with 1st graders and my advisor pulled me out of my 1st graders, which I was finding pretty difficult to work with. It was after Christmas break, too, and I think it would have been better to start with them in the fall. I think because I was placed with a particularly difficult class- several behavior problems, and they were on behavior contracts with the regular teacher, I had even more trouble than I was expecting. . However, I repeated the second half of my student teaching (8 weeks) and I was placed with a wonderful, and delightful class of kindergartners and I LOVED it. I really hope when I find my first real teaching job, I end up teaching the younger grades, but I am going to sub for a year (or so) and get some more classroom experience. I was in the University of Phoenix's online classes and while I did really well in the theory/ courses, and even the field experience- small group work and one-on-one with students, when it came to my student teaching, I really wish I had started with a class in the fall and had more time with them. I feel like I would have done better, because I could have had longer to get to know my students and been able to go over the rules with them myself as well system my own management style. live and learn right?

Creepin on some old videos but oh my gosh you went to Roosevelt! I went to NCC for theatre. My internship at Chicago Shakes was with quite a lot of Roosevelt peoples :) But I also got kind of burned out from theatre, despite how amazing it was. So now I teach voice and do youtube things :)

I posted a picture on my Instagram (you can still see it on there) of what was happening. People suggested that I unfollow a bunch of people, so I did. If you'd like, I can always follow again. I just had to problem solve because I wanted my IG to work

I just started watching your videos and have been trying to figure out what grade you teach. I am a secondary education teacher I teach 7th and 8th grade. I had a feeling that you were an elementary ed. Teacher from your personality (it is a very specific personality type).
