Long term would be to automate every process tht is being done manually now. Hiring 10 people to do the work isn't long term thinking, it's short term thinking.
@RK B Every process can't be automatic. There are things that only a human can do.
@@akshundogra If the rules are same for everyone (which they are not right now) and there is a set format for everything, then yes things can be processed. But I've noticed that EU discriminates a lot towards South Asian visa applicants, hence it's difficult to expect automation because racism requires humans to stay in the system.
@@realGeezus I am with you on the point that why we Indian have to so much paper work just to follow are dreams of studies and other countries. Because I also waited 5 months just to come to Germany. However, every coin has 2 sides. what I have experienced here is now people do respect indian but now India has to improve its passport ranking.
This process should only be there with proper workforce and system. A family friend of mine is in education ministry, he was shocked that something like this is happening.

@@akshundograhello bro please help me actually maine apni 10th jis school se ki hai woh bnd ho gya hai abh pr 10th ka certificate mere pass hai punjab school education board and jis school se +2 kri hai maine woh govt school hai woh te immediately reply kr dega but mera 10th wala school bnd ho gya hai toh main kya kru abh yeh mere liye problem create krega???? Ya phir APS certificate direct punjab school education board mohali se varify krwaye jaate hai???

My bachelor university says they won't give my information through email. Only by post request will be answered to APS. what i can do in this case. Mastrs degree university is ok to reply on email. Please suggest.
There are few University that send Verified document via post. Just tell you Indian university to do it fast.

Hi Akshun, I applied to APS on July 8th, 2023 with online payment and documents reached on 12th July.
I'm applying for the summer intake, the deadline is Nov 15th. The university says they can't help speed up the process as they have so many applicants.
Don't know what to do, if I can get the certificate by then or not. Which APS email id can we contact?
I applied for the APS on June 24 and received my payment confirmation on September 23. I have not heard from them since.

Bro is apprenticeship at govt department (NSIC) will count as experience, when applying to German university.
@Bharat Tanwar yes, you can always mention these apprenticeship in your CV. You can also mention how this apprenticeship help you in your carrier.
@@akshundogra thnak you @Akshun bhai I was asking this because I have done my btech last year after that I was doing I was doing certificate course at NSIC of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, after this I was thinking of job for experience but My principal at NSIC told me to do paid apprenticeship at NSIC, so I am confused which one for I go. Because if I go for job than will not able to give proper time for Goethe and ilets.
I registered on 23rd October 2022 and payment was done on 18th February 2023 and the documents reached on 24th Feb, but still hasn't got any response, and I have also not received the payment confirmation as well. Please guide me in this matter

@ApurvZ Now you have to pay via offline method, i.e transfer the money to their bank account and send the payment receipt along the documents.

@Roshni Patel I guess November is already cleared because people in December are receiving their certificate and few who applied in February/March 2023
Hi Akshun. I have completed my bachelors in India and a masters in USA. For APS do I need to submit only the Indian bachelors degree certificate or do I need to submit my master's degree certificate as well?
@AS Usually if you have your latest education abroad you don't need to apply for APS. However, I will suggest you to mail APS and German Embassy In India and confirm about your case.
Its been more than 5months still I didn't received my APS certificate. What should I do?

@Neethu Neethu I can understand your frustration. However, the only thing you can do is wait or in mean time inform your university that you may receive verification email from APS.

Ielts or toefl is mandatory for german student visa since Jan 2022

@Aman Babbar if you have received stamped passport. Embassy doesn’t not require anything. The consultant is asking these things for himself.

My university professors nor my university isn't replying to aps mail what should I do?
@Amit Khokhri Ask them to reply. Because if APS has asked for verification then your university need to reply their email. You can also email APS and explain your problem. They might help you in some way.
My university replied after 16 days, and on the 17th day I got my APS

Is TestAS certificate mandatory to receive APS certificate?

Is language certificate compulsory for applying Aps?
Not exactly sure but you can send them your IELTS

@Shubham Shinde Exact timeline can't be predicted but if you have an admit from a university in Germany. They can mail APS which will help your process to be faster.
