No, I am also doing neet preparation with 11th , It is not enough , you have buy a paid batch of any organisation or you have to join any offline coaching who's main focus is on neet preparation, there is no other option. You can't prepare for neet from RUclips . Believe me there are so many topics of neet that are not in 11th ncert . Ask you school teachers about it ❤❤❤
