I had the pleasure of visiting Hans Zimmer in this studio some years ago... Can't believe the amount of modular synths has grown since then. This synth plugin sounds amazing but what got me is how effortlessly he gets such varied and captivating tones from it...
What a journey Hans Zimmer has been. A true legend. I still remember his media ventures days when literally the general public didn’t know him. Now he has got so famous !
Just want to follow up on my first comment: This synth sounds SO good. You can use the effects with a light touch to make the sound pop. With that said, the mod matrix and sequencer/arp have been HUGE. This synth combined with Obsession have just transported me to instant inspiration. Truly so well done. If you are on the fence about this synth, take the chance! If it seems to be in your wheelhouse, it IS in your wheelhouse. So good!

Hi Synapse Audio, what are the chances that the Legend HZ upgrade will be released for the Rack Extension? I love the Legend RE and the HZ upgrade looks damn good.

The Legend HZ has two hundred new presets. The old presets are also included as an optional download. If you have the old Legend installed, it will still function as previously.
@@synapseaudio2488 So will they work as separate plugins in parallel? I saw in the manual that HZ has the same dll name (i.e. Legend.dll) as the "normal" one. Is a typing error in the manual? No compatibility problems with patches made onto Legend? I read in the manual that the patches folder is different for HZ (on Windows).
I initially thought Windows but I think it's all Mac?! He has the white Mac keyboard in from of him and the first screen on the left appears to be the macOS Catalina default image. He probably has a maxed-out RAM system though. The last screen might be RME Totalmix for the sound card, such as a Fireface UFX model.

"All Osc" from the Bass category. Hans may have tweaked a few knobs though, so can't say for sure it is the exact same patch.

I suppose you mean MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression)? MPE is supported in The Legend HZ yes.
