You can use Polycoat Flex. Polycoat flex is made of polyurethane rubberized coating. Its film is flexible and can withstand vibration or movements. It is UV resistant that is why it is good for exterior application such as outdoor basketball courts and the likes. It is also not slippery even when wet. It has excellent scratch and abrasion resistant and can last longer than chlorinated rubberized flooring.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Stir individual components before mixing. Add Part B to Part A and mix thoroughly until uniformly blended to a workable consistency. Use the mixture immediately. Do not mix more material than can be used within the expected pot life. No thinner is required.
Note: Keep the mixture away from direct sunlight to avoid premature curing.

1. Flexicrete is a flexible cementitious waterproofing underlayment. It can be applied on areas where you need to apply a topping.
2. Clever Sil is a water-based, polyurethane waterproofing system that can be applied using a roller. It can be applied without a topcoat in areas with low to medium foot traffic.
You can use either of the two and apply Buildrite Polycoat Flex rubberized floor coating as top coat.

For rough floor you may apply Epocoat FCH due to its self levelling characteristic but you may apply first Level Up Self levelling compound to make your floor smooth and levelled and also to lessen the consumption of Epocoat FCH.
