Although many systems may require a minimum flow bypass on a Variable Primary Flow (VPF) system, not all systems will require a minimum flow bypass. The engineer of record should make that decision based upon the specific characteristics of the system. "
You're missing a minimum flow bypass valve, on the VPF schematic.
