eufy robovac 11s side brush stuck on issue! 🙁

I just got this free eufy robovac 11s used on craigslist. There's nothing critically wrong with it it's just that the side brush is stuck rotating even if the robot is currently not in cleaning mode. The only way to get it to turn off as if I turn off the red switch underneath
