Great stuff! I’m amazed by the quality of the video, the simplicity of your explanations and the fact that you were spot on years before the final developments on the case. As of now seems Illumina has been ordered both by FTC and the EU Commission to divest Grail! Although, one can argue how efficient this would prove to be for in terms of competition fairness outcome. It was indeed brazen to complete the transaction during standstill -- but that they even considered that a reasonable route to take shows not only how little respect they have for the rules, but also that the procedural penalties in the EU are way too lenient. What are your thoughts?
