    Congrats! Do fellows also have ITEs in February like residents do? Any resources for fellowship itself that you found useful! Thanks

      Yes - there's an ITE for critical care fellowship, too! For fellowship itself, I spent most of my time on learning the clinical care aspect and diving into the primary literature of landmark studies to ensure that I'm up-to-date on the literature for my practice. I didn't really use a textbook. I also would say that this is your opportunity to really utilize your attendings as resources to ask decision-making questions so that you can develop your own style.     Hy, I’ve some questions🙂, When you do 24h shifts as an anesthesiologist, what is the kind of emergencies you have to deal with? Is the same emergencies that an emergency doctor can deal while 24h shift? Thanks! (Sorry for my english, I’m from belgium)
