Post Covid, the more recent Saudi PPV's have actually been pretty good. The difference between 2018 to 2020 Saudi shows & the 2021 to 2023 Saudi shows is night & day.
Difference is 2018 - 2020 Saudi shows were more like fillers irrelevant to any current storyline WWE just booked matches for money and to make Saudi fans happy but from 2021 - 23 WWE is treating crown jewel as one of big ppv so they made it more canon event with matches of ongoing storyline and not bringing legend wrestlers for wrestling just for show

I just realised that people took issue with cody with a "broken" arm passing out in the Kimura as nonsensical but those same people will say the ending of Brett vs Steve Austin at wrestlemania was a great finish.
