Totally each and every word correct. Tried and tested on my son who had digestive issues a lot then doctor recommended to ban all sugars and switch onto homemade rice and dalia which was difficult to introduce but helped him accept ghr ki roti with in just 1.5 years of age.

Mera beta 6 month se hi Cerelac kha raha hai , avi 1 year 4 month ho gya , wo 12 se 13 paket consume karta hai per month . Mai cornflakes milk se deti hu with 1 tea spon of sugar, 2 times Cerelac khata hai , wo rice nahi khata kitna vi try kar lu , so mai Cerelac hi deti hu , mera bete koi vagwN k kripa se sab kuch thik hai , active hai weigh vi thik hai , avi toh daurta hai pure ghr mai . Mujhe toh Cerelac best lagta hai , cost jyada hai ,per paket Rs.310 ka ata hai. But mai apne bete k liye compromise nahi karti kuch vi . Thank you is video k liye .

Mam mne apne bete ko wheat ka cerelac diya 6month hone k baad but uske pet m drd hogyaa pet tite hogyaa.... Frst time diya isliye hua ya use suit nhi kiya.... Wheat ka cerelac thik to hota hna bche k liye mujhe itni knowledge nhi mera phla bcha h.... Isliye pls mam btaiye baby ki health k liye wheat ka cerelac thik hnaa... Wheat is hard to digest. So pls do not introduce at this early age. Give him fruits and vegetables puree. You can mix little rice to some vegetables while making puree. Try this and see the result. Every baby is different. Try different things time to time in little amount. If he digests then increase the quantity. Hope this will be helpful.

When my baby was 8 months old , I started making homemade cerelac powder using roasted rice, wheat, ragi and other grains step by step based on baby's digestive system. Never added any sugar into it. Also tried feeding homemade vegetable soups or purees of carrots, beans, pumpkin, tomatoes to baby instead of cerelac.

For making paste, use strainer. You will get soft paste in bowl and den add Lil milk or ghee and mix with spoon
