Jordan played 3 years at North Carolina before going pro and retired 3 times. If he had played those extra seasons his 30.1 ppg average would easily have been more than lebron's 27.1 ppg average.

He was more than capable of winning in the early days of Cleveland. Unfortunately ownership never tried to put decent players around him, just scrubs. Even then he still carried those atrocious teams deep into the playoffs and even the finals. He was completely unstoppable. It took a dynasty in the Spurs to defeat the Cavs and they did exactly that, they stopped the Cavs scrubs. They did not stop Lebron
