Heedo deserves better. Has he ever been praised for this show? He is constantly criticized. He is one of the most experienced participants and always gives his best. His dancing and rap are stable, why is he in the C rating? He may be a tough leader, but he literally pulls everyone on himself. I feel so sorry for him, he is terribly underestimated and put in a bad light. I think he almost cried in this episode, and I can understand him. Give my boy a break.
Also on the conversation of evil editing, I feel like yes the show has trainees they want to pick from which is why certain ones get storylines over others HOWEVER I don't believe there is evil editing. I think we all need to accept that there are unlikeable qualities in those we support and that's normal in a competitive environment where most of the contestants are well pass the audition range for companies especially with groups debuting younger and younger. We can disagree or not be too harsh on trainees who act out while also holding them accountable to their actions.
i feel like all the bae173 members are really desperate to get themselves out there so that even if they dont make it themselves, theyll still at least help their group, but i really think all of them are going to burn out sooner or later. junseo used to be the leader of bae173 but then it switched like a year into their debut, and i remember him looking super skinny around that time, so as good as a leader he is, no matter what hes going to put too much pressure on himself and its really not going to be good for him mentally. hyunwoo is already injured. minwook and youngseo are doing relatively fine right now but theyre also taking on a lot in regards to like leadership rples and stuff too. all four of them are also getting a lot of screentime as well so im just waiting for something to drop honestly
@kristin_2812 i dont know how many survival shows you've watched before but yeah typically they'll still be in their original group but just fully promote with the new one until the contract is over. that's how nu'est handled minhyun being in wanna one, i think there's a signature member in unis right now and they're just promoting like normal as well
I genuinely dont get the song selection, its so random. I get like 1 or 2 english songs but to have so many is weird and even the korean songs doesn't really work for a survival show performance.

Now I want to tell you all what I think about Heedo situation First of all he is great..he is really talented but agree or not he act like he is the best...like come on he literally wasn't accepting Gunwoo's opinion and saying he will think about it two times, if he still doesn't like the idea he will move on... I was little bit angry when he said that...also he said that gunwoo wasn't talented also he doesn't have experience...and he was the one who got praise for rap making...gunwoo was right about one thing that Heedo wasn't a good leader..he was leader before and make mistake also he was a C trainee. Also he keep saying he had 10 years of experience but still lacking... it's just my opinion but yeah I think he needs to focus on himself and stop being overconfidence
no that was exactly what i was thinking. as someone who watched peaktime and the unit, i enjoy heedo as a solo artist but that man is the complete opposite of a team player. like every time I've seen him be in a leader position he completely bulldozes everybody else's opinions, and I feel like he takes things so personally even when other people are just trying to suggest ideas. like it gets really frustrating sometimes I don't get how he continues to be in this position

I’m rlly invested in the show so far but THERES ALRDY SO MUCH AIR TIME. Like i had to skip episode 2 and half of episode 3 bcs I know for a fact that if i didnt id never catch up. Im really rooting for Jeongmin tho like that boy is my parasocial SON.
i HATE the editing. the pacing is awful. it takes so long to get to the actual point. the only reason im watching the show is i want to see Ma Jingxiang. i am glad they actually like him this time lol. looks like he will debut this time.
None of the current on-going idol group making reality shows is doing it for me. Scool, Project 7, and Starlight Boys, they are all full of bs. Scool's level of talent is so inferior, it's full of tone-deaf participants. Project 7's favoritism towards some contestants is so blatant I get 2nd hand embarassment. Starlight Boys just started, and the auto-tuning right in the first auditions is ruining the show & the camera filter where they try to make everyone light-skinned is invasive to the eyes. Of course, all of these shows are full of unnecessary dramas as well.
@@luvuchuu I have sadly never watched it, although I watched Chuang 2021 (it was somewhat entertaining) & Chuang 2024 (Asia Thailand, it was horrible, not for me 😭). There's an upcoming boy idol survival show next month called Universe League, but at this point I'm not that optimistic 😭.
