pie filling recipe:
minced meat 350g
lemon juice 1 tbsp
green onion 2 cups
cabbage 2 cups
garlic 1 tbsp
ginger 1 tsp
cumin powder ½ tsp
black pepper ½ tsp
red chilli to taste
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt ½ tsp (another ½ tsp to sweat the cabbage)
1 egg yolk +1 tbsp of milk to brush
sesame seeds to garnish
