Self Build DIY Camper van Conversion - Peugeot Boxer L2 H2 - Making The Seat And Bed

This is how I made the seat and bed in my Self build DIY campervan conversion. This is a peugeot Boxer L2 H2. The van conversion is coming along real well and I have gone for a u shaped seat with table which will drop down to for the bed. The campervan bed will be 120cm wide and 183cm long.

Yes there is a lot of calculation to make sure everything fits as it should......but it's all working out so far.

Dave as you buy a lot of timber from wickes it maybe a lot cheaper to source elsewhere in south shields , theres a place called viking timber on portberry street which ive used a few times and has always been very helpful, hopefully you can save a few quid also, enjoying your videos great to watch

Hi, Yes I know Viking timber, the guy there used to cut up hardwood for me to make bows with before I got my bandsaw. But I do have a wickes "tradePro" card and get 10% off so it works out quite reasonable. Thanks.

Where do you source your vans from

I usually look on ebay, autotrader and gumtree....make a shortlist....view a few and then decide.
