I can still feel the excitement in my chest right now, still riding high off of the announcement of adding customization. So excited. As much as I'd come around to Lincoln as both a character and his look, but this really does add a lot to the game in terms of replay and long term longevity for the game, of being able to just play around. Mafia III is set to be a serious contender in the open world video game space and not just another cult favorite with fans of the franchise.
I really hope some suits are included in the free dlc. EDIT: I continued watching and I see a suit! YES! He looks bad ass. I would like to be able to give him a trilby or a Fedora as well.
I'm really glad they added customisation, it shows what a good studio Hanger 13 is when they go out of their way to add a new feature that wasn't originally planned because the fans asked for it, any studio that listens to its fans shows that they care about their fans which is what makes a good video game studio

its great the clothing gripes have been answered. but personally i was with some people who werent fased by the lack of customization. i liked the army clothes, fit the story and looks so cool.
at this point when it comes to making open world games, u NEED the ability to change clothing and gear up cars cause "THE GAME" is not the same anymore, thats something u just need.

I can't wait to put Lincoln in a suit. Hopefully I can give him the Frank Lucas hair style from American Gangster. I'll put him in the black panthers outfit for the DLC where he rides out with his girlfriend to take on the corrupt sherif. Looking forward to seeing the graphic upgrades for the ps4 pro and the bug fix patches. Good times ahead.

To be completely honest i don't see how clothing is a reward or has anything thing to do with time in my perspective if you have the money to buy a leather jacket or suit you should be able to purchase it and have it in your wardrobe and were it whenever you please unless in special missions like heist or events.

GeauxBurns Also just to say, I noticed you speculated that the second DLC will perhaps release near this Halloween, the DLC go in order from 1 to 3, meaning we would get the "Faster, Baby!" DLC first, it is just too soon for the major expansions so don't expect any of these expansions to launch until after New Year, they said on the panel they are only just now starting proper development on the Expansions since they have been very busy with the base game. Anytime after January (or during) should be a time we start hearing more news on the DLC including dates and promos etc :)
I also mentioned that it didn't seem very plausible that we'd get those Expansions that quickly, but the Sign of the Times would be fitting for around Halloween.

Derpy Dinosaur yes we could im playing the game right now, you can choose between suits, raincoats, leather jackets and shirts in diffrent colors. Also if you buy the dlc he gets some unique clothing like a college jacket and army fatigues
So happy there's going to be customization, now it it will be complete. In my opinion that was the only thing that was missing

I think there might be a dlc where you can go into a little years back when Lincoln was in the Vietnam war
