    I've been around drag racing all my life. My father and I used to travel with Gordy Foust and Charles Carpenter and all them..I have to say..the level of chill this guy has is inspiring. So cool and collected. Like it's just another day at the office. This guy is my spirit animal..lol

    No arm restraints?...and how can he turn his head that much with a head restraint on?

    • @ReactionTimeMedia
      @ReactionTimeMedia  3 года назад

      I don't believe he needs arm restraints with a window net. And I guess I shall have to ask him at the next race about his hans device and if that's standard? Thanks for your questions and for watching our videos.

      @@ReactionTimeMedia I have raced for many years worked for the NHRA safety Safari for a number of years, I always like to think everyone is looking out for their own safety and best interest and are doing the right thing, not saying he isn't! Just saying I think I would have as much safety gear on as possible with those types of cars and have my Hans device or r3, with as minimal amount of movement as possible we've seen what can happen when those things crash and the movement that your body go through on impact, everything that is tighter is better! Always hoping the best for everyone I'm sure he's a great guy never met him not trying to pick on him or get him in trouble, just hope he understands what can happen if things aren't right

      @@agentk8263 Thanks so much for that mate & thanks for your service to our awesome sport. Yes Brandon is a terrific guy and has decades of experience in these badass machines. I agree with you about being as safe as possible in them. My crew used to pull my straps so tight it was hard to breath lol.

      The driver must initiate the action. Whether that be a push button soleniod, paddles, level etc, but the "trigeer" must be activated by the driver and not a timer or rpm switch. Does that make sense?

    • @ReactionTimeMedia
      @ReactionTimeMedia  3 года назад +1

      @Demarion AbramSome ProMods still do run a shifter mate.. Check out our video with Alex Laughlin here: ruclips.net/video/Z-wF8qiUXrE/видео.html

    • @ReactionTimeMedia
      @ReactionTimeMedia  3 года назад +1

      @Demarion Abram No Bad mate. Most don't you are correct, but there are a big mixture of, buttons, levers, handles etc depending on if they're running an "Automatic Trans" like a Turbo 400 or a Lenco behind a Bruno, Ty-Drive or some other style of "Convertor Coupling". I hope that makes sense. Thanks so much for watching and your comments mate. Cheers.

    A 5 minute selfie of you been scared by a 6 second run. Do that on a motorcycle. You cant.

      Thanks for your feedback mate. It's a 5 second 250mph+ run. Can you please post a link to your 6 sec motorcycle pass!

      He's not scared; you certainly can't make an equivalent pass on a motorcycle but you're a pro at bitching about someone else's accomplishment just to look cool. You aren't.
