Goes to show Ford doesn't do their research, navigation is free why would anyone pay after three free years when you have so many choices that are better at no cost!
I'm sure they did their research but for some people they might be able to justify it as a convenience fee. I'd never pay for navigation and would rather just use CarPlay for Waze or Google Maps
