    I have never seen faux cotton candy made with Mod Podge! I love that !! There are so many tips to take away from your tutorial. As always 😁. Thank you for sharing your talent. 💖💖💖💖

    Could you use faux spiderweb instead of the cotton batting?

      I believe so. You could also use roving wool or Easter filler from hobby lobby or craft fluff from michaels.
