The interesting thing is, you can hear them smiling when they talk. I used to work at a call center, and they always used to say to smile while talking to people even though they can't see you, because you can hear a difference. And it is true! When Erin talks about Alex's accent, you can tell she is smiling even if she doesn't look like it.
I was going to comment the same thing
there's someone for everyone.
@xXdiablobruhXx that's because that's what you like.
xXdiablobruhXx boy bye......🙄🙄🙄🙄
Ahh yes! 😊

What’s wrong, dear? 😢
I do believe this whole heartedly.
It's sad to imagine how they are perceived and, most likely treated by strangers they interact with in public. People, with no knowledge of this disorder, probably assume they are grumpy or rude.
So crazy there are so many conditions we are unaware of..
We live in a crazy world
Yep
And new conditions are being discovered all the time, I’ve watched one or two of these type of documentaries where the narrator mentions that doctors had never seen this before, or doctors had no name for this condition... so I agree, it is crazy!
There’s also a condition called Angelman Syndrome. It’s like the complete opposite of this syndrome and can cause frequent smiling. It was once called Happy Puppet Syndrome because of the persons jerky movements and sunny persona , especially of children.
Full of mysterious things. I think there are still more we don't know about the world we live in.
I love your story. I too was born with Moebius Syndrome. I didn’t even know the name of the Syndrome until I was pregnant with my first child. I seen a genetic doctor and that’s when I found out the name. I was born without hands also, which was from the medicine thalidomide that my mom took for morning sickness in 1960. I’m married to a wonderful man that doesn’t have any handicap. Thanks for sharing your beautiful love story. Wishing you both all the best. 😀
Ijjjkllľujjijjiq
Your so inspiring
How'd you write this then without hands
IP, I use both arms. Everyone always tell me that I write better than them. I also drive, without any hand controls. I’m on Facebook if you’d like to add me as a friend. I also put my own makeup on. I don’t let my handicap limit me that much. Thanks for your question. 😄
Deborah Haezebrouck there is a young lady on tiktok born with moebius too she is so sweet unfortunately there are bullies on her page
There's a lid for every pot. Congratulations on finding love.👍💛
I'm still looking for my lid... ❤💛

@@moniquedavis2387 no I didn’t. Erin is from North Carolina. That’s how I know her.

Awwww this is just wholesome. Even though they are going through this, they love each other and they are stronger together. That’s sweet! ❤️
Awww. ❤️ I love this couple.. They're so sweet and cute together. 😍
I love this!! My 2 year old daughter also has moebius syndrome! Smile with the eyes and the heart❤❤

His t-shirt is awesome, as positive and endearing as his attitude.
Having his wife hand in his is everything....Maa sha Allah may Allah grant u beautiful kids
They look so happy together.
😂
Doubtful. They're not even smiling.
Thanks, now I feel like 💩 for laughing at this comment
Stahp. 😂
Anyone hear this chuckle while talking...So beautiful
Awwwww This is such a beautiful love story. Even though they are both unable to smile, they love each other still. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!
0:21 ANYONE ELSE SEE THE MINION IN THE BACKROUND?!!!!!
Meee
Such a powerful and amazziiinggg couple. I really wish them all the best
Man In her 10 yo school picture she looks 20! The fashion back then was like no other. God bless the two of them finding each other
What a beautiful story!
I ship these two so hard.
What a beautiful and loving couple! 💖
The way the human body can adapt is amazing. He can't blink with his eyelids so his eyes roll back to lubricate them.
They are actually kinda cute together
Seems like the sweetest couple. I love them ❤️
God bless their soul
I have Moebius Syndrome as well. I have a more mild version that allows my to smile and do more than others with Moebius Syndrome. I’m grateful.
I used to watch a baby with this syndrome..it was so cute because he'd laugh and laugh when I tickled him, but he looked so serious...like a little professor. Hes happily married now.
St George was definitely not born in Coventry he wasn't even British he was a Roman soldier!
He was born in Cappadocia - which is now known as Turkey around the year 270.
Joker - Let's put a smile on that face.
Alex & Erin - 😐
if you live in coventry there’s nothing to smile about anyways 😂😂😂
the human body is amazing
Just like Grumpy Cat.
(Rest in peace)
My wife gets moebius whenever she get mad at me.
Very pleasant, beautiful couple. This condition sort of reminds me of when a person has a face transplant. Meaning the movement in the face and mouth.
My grandpa was from Poole I hardly ever hear about it.
I feel sad for those people :(
Why? My wife has Moebius Syndrome and she has had a fairly decent life. These two seem happy (*paraphrases the Joker) "why so sad?"
My sister is 4 months old today and she has this.
thankful i can wear a mask now without being out of the norm and draw a smile :)
It really is a case of true love conquering all
Not trying to be offensive, but their picures and clips are kinda hilarious.
I have moebius too 😁
It looks like they're scowling all the time.
At least they get no wrinkles
When you see someone without a smile, give them yours
This guy: Return to sender
Unfortunate because smiling increases your face value
2020 be like
Always in the uk or india
Why dose god want the sweetest people to have bad things happen to them?
Edit: I’m not offending the lord I’m just asking a question
There’s an underage and pregnant episode about this syndrome
Who else saw a minion at 0:20
Everyone deserves someone
Even if ur gay or lesbian
❤️
Ok now we are going to take a photo now. On the count of 3 say CHEESE
01:28 that's a 10 year old?
That must be an awful affliction.
But they DON'T have to go through life without a smile... there is a set of 2 surgeries called "facial reanimation" that would make it possible for them to smile. That's like someone whining "My leg is broken", but not getting it set for the rest of your life and a cast put on it so it can heal! The reanimation surgery would possibly help their breathing and speaking as well as giving them a smile, making it not purely cosmetic. After surgery, they would then need to consciously learn to smile when they were happy or meeting someone, and they'd have to practice to learn how to make their smile look natural.
Nope, doesn't always work. My wife has had the surgery and it didn't work, many people with Moebius don't respond to this or the 'body brushing' treatment that is available
2:14 the eyes of that guy are giving me the creeps
I thought it took more muscles to frown than smile?
I mean yep there a match

I can to the comments thinking I’d find others who saw what I saw and nope.
Yes, it is beautiful and sweet. Awesome love story. 😊❤️
But c’mon! We’re their pics not hilarious!? Imagine their profile pictures or them as a customer service worker 🤣 GTFO
Smile for the camera
:( :(
man it gets annoying hearing brits trying to pronounce things wrong it's Mowbius not Mebius
Quit being so judgmental! Pronunciation differs all around the world, the American English is not the worlds english.
stop being so self centred
@@Zoe-tj4ld that's hilarious coming from the person commenting on a 3 year old comment
@Zach T do u think i care when u posted it? if i did i wouldnt have replied 🙂
