    INGREDIENTS for carrot cakes (4 cakes 20 x 2.5 cm)
    4 eggs weighing 50 gr
    16 g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
    250 g of brown sugar (you can take regular sugar)
    250 g of tomato juice (with salt)
    100 g of sour cream (20-30% fat content)
    150 ml of odorless vegetable oil
    500 gr flour
    15 g of baking powder
    3 g of baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon of cocoa
    1 teaspoon spice mixture (nutmeg, cardamom, anise, ginger, cloves)
    zest of 1 orange
    450 g of raw carrots (grated on a fine grater)
    60 g nuts
    INGREDIENTS for the cream:
    250 g butter
    300 gr of cream cheese
    150 gr of powdered sugar
    the cakes are baked for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius, top-bottom mode without convection at an average level until ready and check with a wooden stick so that it comes out of the biscuit dry and clean. It is not recommended to bake such dough in one form.
