@@TylerKola they are! especially the larger herbivores are most vulnerable as juveniles cause their not to big a threat to carnivores while still small. But once you grow large enough most carnivores should think twice before attacking you
You can tell that a lot of the dibbles here did not play in the hordetest by how they drink water in highlands lake (even the shallow spots are dangerous) which was notoriously deinosuchus infested in the hordetest now that they can easily reach it with mutations, I NEVER drink water in highlands lake and I avoid it like the plague.

I tried getting there many times but I always died of thirst, maybe skill issue, but still it was really difficult without reabsorption but not impossible I guess. I don't think many people wanted to put in all that effort.
Ngl I think there should be an aging mechanic. Like when you become full sized dibble or stego nothing can kill you. It gets boring. So aging would be interesting

I will agree FG life can get boring because you’ve reached the goal you’ve been striving towards and now you’re like “now what?” When I play the FG I have I usually just go to MZ get my diets and get off, hopefully something fights me otw and half hoping it’s a good enough player to kill me.

A deino that has short legs should not be able to pull an equal weight dino. And pulled dinos should be able to fight back. Trying to pull a dino underwater should be dangerous.

u are bretty bad at fighting with diablo if only 1 good cera saw u u would died lol , u need to train and u can be solo diablo , so carnis will attack u and u will have fights that u dream of

there is an elder system planned, it's the next big mechanic since mutations are pretty much done now

If you're fg in a group with 20 fg then ofc nothing will kill you. If you stay in groups of 2 and 3 then we're talking.
That would be good if dying of old age could give you benefits and bonuses for your next life
