As a woman I am very aware of my extra skin. I lost over 200 lbs. in 1993. Gained it back 1 year later. Lost 200 again a year or so again from surgeries. Your video is just amazing. You showed me I'm not the only one for one thing and that I can use compression clothes for my mid section especially. Thanks for being so open and sharing your extra skin story.

What a legitimately brave man, not afraid of embarrassing himself a little if it means he can help others deal with similar issues. Props to you man! I just wanted to add that rash guards meant to Brazilian jiu jitsu seem like a really good solution to compressing lose skin. Maybe you should try that, they are really tight and at least somewhat comfortable.

I'm a skinny dude, and I kinda starting to develop more fat in my belly, so I decided to wear a baselayer as well, sized-down, and planning to wear it when I'm doing sports like futsal, football, basketball, or even when I'm playing chess..

yeah its all about getting that skin to tighten up, i suggest doing push ups. You can also get surgery and get you loose skin tightened, either 1 of these methods will work its just the push up method will take longer.
I don't want a surgery because it's so expensive here in Switzerland (12-25k) and i don't wanna a big scar i prefer a long time than a scar but thanks for answer
No amount of exercise will tighten a large amount of loose skin. Time will help a lot, but that's minimal. Surgery is the best option, and the scar does fade away after a few years and is barely noticeable.

Fluggert _ Raging Fatass surgery- if it's not too loose and you're still young, wearing compression clothing + creams + working out would help your skin very slowly go back to normal. ovbiously genetics, how much loose skin there is and how old you are plays a huge part. however it only works for a few people and most people get surgery. some people don't even mind the loose skin!

You guys this guy is an inspiration for others! There is a famous singer co-actress in the Philippines named Sharon Cueneta. Back in 2010-2011, she could not exercise as much because her doctor told her it's going to be risky because a lot of her fats will become a loose skin. But look her up now she lost so much and she's still working on it. It's not easy to lose weight because it can risk your health too. It's not all about being fit or having a fit and toned body but a healthy body. 👍

Gabe Newell If he has an excellent doctor and follows all post surgery rules he should have very minimal scarring. There are also many great products now that can fade scars/stretch marks too. So if he had the surgery he wouldn't have the extra skin like he does in the video. You wouldn't be able to tell unless you looked up close or he told you. He'd basically look like every other guy his age in the same physical condition.
