This seems pretty simple to me. You only have to style it once a week and Re fluff every morning. At least for me it takes me about 5-10 min in the morning to fluff my hair and be ready
Oil your scalp and ends 30 min to an hour before you wash. Add heat for best results. Wet set using any of those 2 gels with your leave in or curl cream. Aphogee or Tropic isle living make good protien treatments. This will eliminate the frizz
sistahghul57 you might have split or dead ends. I found my hair went from holding curls for about 4-5 days to not even 2 days. Also I know it gets lazy but refresh your curls at night then put a silk scarf or bonnet on. It really helps protect your definition. I would spray with water, add a leavin conditioner, then gel. If I have enough time I run my fingers through sections to define my curls individually. If not I just run the gel through and put my hair up in a cute updo or bun, it'll have just enough definition to look put together
I love the shape of your hair! Is it in a taper cut towards the back? It falls so pretty and frames your face just right! I am in need of help getting my hair to behave like that! Thanks so much for all that you do! I'm so glad to see you back to filming, I missed your videos during your move.
Hey Brandy and thanks! It's cut into a bob so I could see how the back seems a tapered since that hair is shorter (lengthwise) than all of the other hair!
@@chronicurls thanks for sharing, how do you get twist out to be so defined ? My hair is like 4a and it has no definition with two strand twist at all .
I Love your hair. Can you please tell me all the stuff I need for a braid out or twist out. Let me know all the products you use so I can buy them. Thank you.
How come when i retwist my hair in the night then the morning i take the twist out and i seperate each section about 4 times there is some curl definition but LOTS OF FRIZZ !!!! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ?!! Please help.
There's a dimethicone that is wayyyyyyy at the bottom of the list so i'm not exactly sure if that's it. The first time I used the product I didn't have this problem ... I've been thinking the hard water has been messing with my hair so I recently (after this video) purchased a showerhead with a filter and used a hard water shampoo .. so far my hair has been much happier!
chronicurls Awwww man!😂 I hate that, there are other websites that I have been looking at natural hair t-shirts. But the ones I found have Caucasian women and men modeling the shirts. Which I emailed and told them I found very offensive. I mean not one black person on the site, so I'm not giving that much money to a site that I feel is just trying to profit off of us. Soooo the search continues.
I maintain my hair the same way. The very front of my hair is so fine and frizzes if untwisted, I just leave that area twisted because it breaks easily and I get knots on the ends. It is very difficult to get length in this area because I have to trim the ends so often.
Ppl dont realize how hard the upkeep for black hair is
I wear braids alot because of this lol

Have you trued Aunt Jackie's flax seed gel or Miss Jessie Multi culture curls? Do you pre poo or protien treat monthly?
CD M no to all of the above. How to?

Your hair looks so healthy, it's beautiful! Your son is adorable as well!
Thank you for showing your routine. I have been wearing my hair up and I am looking for a change since the humidity has left for the winter.
I have the same length, same hair texture, same color. I am definitely following you. Thank you for sharing!
Great video! Day 7 was one of the best days.
Thank you! Very nice hair and video! You speak very well and it is a joy to watch how you did your hair! Keep up the great work!😃

When I do twist out or flat twist, the front of my hair never hold the either. Don’t feel alone.alone with that.
I Love your hair. Can you please tell me all the stuff I need for a braid out or twist out. Let me know all the products you use so I can buy them. Thank you.
My hair at the front does that too. Holds nothing
oh yea .. me all day!
Your hair is soooooo beautiful!!!

Use an anti frizz serum before you twist maybe🤔
Noooo Day 4 was still pretty! Just retwist the front few and wear big!
Your hair is really pretty!
I’m finding my twistouts last all week by simply sleeping on a satin pillow case :) wake, fluff, and go!
oooo I wish I could do that! I find that may hair dries out so much faster when it's not covered at night time, even on a satin pillowcase
That's what I'm talking about!
@@chronicurls Thanks for sharing. Is there a reason you don’t flat twist your whole head ?
That wasn't bad. ! You did very well that was a good hair week 👍🏾😍🤩
Loved the video!!! So helpful! You are so gorgeous and such a joy to watch! New subscriber here❤️
Great video, thanks for sharing. I heard that this product line has a lot of silicones . Do you think that's why you had to retwist so much?

Awesome routine!!!! So relaxing to watch!!!!
Your hair is beautiful! 🌺 Thank you for this video, and your son is too cute.🥰
Your hair is gorgeous! Where did you find the bonnet? I cannot seem to find one that big in the stores here.
Great video will definitely be trying this routine. Thanks!
You're so welcome!
I love the results, great twist out. Where did you get the twist out t-shirt?
Thanks Trisha! The T-shirt is from a brand that is no longer in business :(

thanks so much for this video. super helpful. and your hair is beautiful :)
Nice routine, can I please know where is your bonnet from..?
Thanks! The bonnet is from florbellaboutique.com
Will this work on newly transitioned from relaxed to natural hair?
How do you keep your hair from tangling after several days?
Love it Lianne!
Beautiful!!!! New subbie 🙌🏾🙌🏾💖
Are the products you use sold at Walmart? Or do you get them specifically from a beauty supply store. Thanks for a great video.
I know this is 3 years later but I just started using As I am and I get it from Sally's. And it's normally on sale!
I’m at work dancing to the background music. Lol 💃🏾
Beautiful thanks so much.
I love all your vids. Where did you get your backdrop?
Thank you! The backdrop is just a wall I painted.
Absolutely Beautiful!
That color is so cute and nice video
thank you!
I have gray hair and it stays dry can you help me
Great job
So how often do u do ur twist every two weeks or what
Hey ! Every 7-10 days because my scalp gets irritated if I wait too much longer than that.
I’m kinda the opposite. The front of my hair always looks the best but the middle? Whew chile 😭😂😂
Great video!
Continued: my hair looks like your hair in the day 4 why does my hair look that way?
You are simply gorgeous!
