We're finding probability that Bruno Is selecting "before" charlie and the number that bruno selects should be higher than what charlie selects. So there's only 2 possibilities for that. If bruno selects 0 charlie will select the same or higher so we don't count that. Only 2nd and 3rd.
Please why in question(e) we didnt multiply 0.23 by 2 because Charlie may select number before Bruno in the 3 cases
