Whar an awesome concert! This is a fantastic organ! Absolutely loved the final improv - "Sing, Oh Sing of My Redeemer . . . paid the debt and made me free!!" Thank you, Gert!
Wonderful concert again! Thank you Gert and Marjoriel. Thank you too for finishing with Blessed Asssurance Jesus is Mine - a great way to say Good night!
Thank you for this wonderful concert! Blessed Assurance was the most lovely rendition I have ever heard in my 82 years of life. You have graced the world with your exceptional gift!
I love Gert's concerts. By his music and his words he shows us the love and grace of God in Jesus Christ. This give us hope in our hearts in this spezial time. Thank you very much.
At 04:15 this morning i couldn't sleep, so I watched this concert with headphones. Thanks Gert and Marjolein. I will now donate, get a cup of tea and get some sleep.
I listen to this concert every morning. It brings together my experiences and thoughts into a whole and I am transformed into a relaxed and happy state.
Oh Gert ! what a way to finish this most marvelous concert. Thank you so much. Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine O what a foretaste of glory divine Heir of salvation, purchase of God Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood Perfect submission, all is at rest I in my Savior am happy and blessed Watching and waiting, looking above Filled with His goodness, lost in His love This is my story, this is my song Praising my Savior all the day long This is my story, this is my song Praising my Savior all the day long Oh what a Savior, wonderful Jesus Death could not hold You, You are victorious Praise to the risen King Death could not hold You, You are victorious Praise to the risen King Oh what a Savior, wonderful Jesus Oh what a Savior Wonderful Savior
Exactly, only Bach could tell us his thoughts of a Psalm like that. It does not need any explanation. What a concert, a sermon all by itself. Thank you the both of you, for giving us such pleasure and so much to think about.

Thank you Gert! My favorite organist for this wonderful concert! When I listen to your concerts I really can relax! Take care of you and your family! Love! Peter in Sweden 🤗👏👏👏👏👏👍👍💖
Gert, I am so thankful to have listened to this concert again from 2 years ago!! Your Blessed Assurance improvisation at the end really gave me a great re-assurance of our Lord's goodness and Love to us Day by Day, especially with the trials and tests my wife and I have been facing recently, but so much for the blessings we have to enjoy each day. God bless you in your ongoing ministry from week to week!! 🙏✝️🛐🎶🎹
Excellent hour and half. I love watching your interaction with Marjolein. Nice mix of types of music. Your improvisations are always a gift. Phil King Butte Montana USA
Gert, you have been given an extraordinary gift and we appreciate you sharing it with us. You blew the roof off of that church with the concert today!!!!! Your music is so versatile, beautiful and tender that it reaches the souls of many. These concerts offer a calming presence every week during this continuing pandemic while numbers are soaring. Thank you for this gift and Marjolein for assisting you every time you play. Cheers to a beautiful couple. Gert, I think you should dedicate, “The Power of Your Love” to Marjolean. 💙
So well said Terry! Let me add that when you watch this concert, you see the piece of music, the organ and the organist become one. He puts such a tremendous amount of passion and emotion into each and every song. The second selection from Bach was so tender and serene, and then Psalm 42 by Propitius! That poor organ never had such a workout! I'm sure I wasn't the only one listening with tears in my eyes and my heart in my throat! Another stunning performance!
Carl, I agree with every word you said. My heart is "still" in my throat, that was a very powerful, passionate concert. I have listened to it twice already. Gives me goosebumps each time. Blessed Assurance improvisation was well done and is still ringing in my ears. I am so glad you attend so we can share our love and appreciation of the organ.
So glad you can relax and be yourself, genuine, funny, knowledgeable, and talented while performing. Much more relatable than other performers who follow a script too much and are stiff when they play. Thanks for both Morning Mood, and The Entertainer along with a couple of wonderful hymn pieces. You are right in the versatility of playing on the organ, also known as the King of instruments in some groups.
You were right that this organ has many beautiful flutes, and the trumpet in the pedal does add a great foundation to it all. So enjoyed your Psalm settings, both the Bach and Propitius. Especially the Fantasie on Psalm 42. And Marjolein what a great job registering for Gert. Fun to watch the two of you become entertwined. The veiws of the organ and archetecture once again were breathtaking.

Dear Gert, Thank you so much for the weekly concerts. What a blessing they are and honouring to God and our Saviour. Could you include the hymn 'God and God alone' sometime please. Thank you. John (N. Ireland)
Groetjes, Gert

For me, your best program since starting the live stream, packed with renowned organ works interpreted to my taste (that comes from your soul). Some organ pieces in the final few bars move through key changes that are dull without the magic of the acoustics that roll them through the body. I think the player feels this most because that's his touch, yet the final decay of the penultimate chord rolls gently into the last, giving closure to a clever piece of composing for a particular acoustic. A purist may reflect on where the composer had his organ bench. I think the Handel piece was an example and I have found the experience in one by Rheinberger that I once attempted. Keep it up Gert, your the best!

Ik hoor het wel van jullie.
Groetjes, Bertrick Fidder 👋
Hoi Bertrick,
Groetjes,
Bertrick 👋😊
Sorry Marjolein for spelling your name incorrectly . By the way. How is Thomas?
hi you need to learn how to play organ bro
