hey so Im trying to get my Mom's '77 started, when I was pulling the backseat out to check the battery I found the Bosch 0332514104 just lying loose, no wires attached, under the seat. Could this be why Im getting a 100% dead vehicle when I try starting? Where does it go? any help 1st time working on a VW.

Part 2...Says "Out of stock", but can select "Notify when in stock". Better than "Not available".
