2007-2009 Camry poor radio reception with aftermarket radio/head unit read description 4 details

I had the JBL with nav head unit in 2009 Camry Hybrid and replaced with Pioneer DMH-342EX and used
CRUX SWRTY-61J wiring harness adaptor (the extra white and blue wiring connectors you just leave open, but one powers the antenna Amplifier in rear of car... antenna is the top 2 defrost wires in rear windshield) so the radio reception was very poor using only the white regular size antenna wire
(Oem has 2 antenna wires coming out the smaller is blue and a little orange wire running with them. the problem is you need power to antenna Amplifier.
the little orange wire is the power wire needed so I spliced it in the red acc power wire and works fantastic.
used Metra 95 8218 s mount kit and added backup camera
Provo Beast has great install videos. Steering control and all worked flawlessly otherwise.
dont forget to leave your hazard light connector to ac vent above and seat heater connector to shift panel below out when bolting back head unit.
Hvac control uses the Grey 12 pin connector not the white.
