Video summary by J. Michael Stolley (University of Minnesota)
    Description:
Resident memory T cells (TRM) durably surveil barrier tissues without recirculation. We developed tools for generating, studying, and therapeutically depleting TRM from the oral mucosa of mice. Doing so revealed oral TRM were critical catalysts of oral inflammation upon secondary antigen exposure in the oral mucosa.
