Recent progress in Kyslivka could indicate that Russians has targeted to take Kupjansk and rest of land between Vovchansk. This could open railway to Belgorod from eastern side of Ukraine. This could help logistics from Russia.

I wouldn’t discount the Russians maintaining the momentum on the current axis of attack from the north, outflanking all the defences to the east.
The Russians have the initiative, and with every development they gain more options.
This momentum will result in 'momentum" all along the front...and quickly; as the little Dutchmen run to plug the many many many holes in the Dike! Can you visualize that?

The question is whether the Ukrainian army has enough reserves to support the entire front with supplies and people at the same time, because if not, the Russian army may find less protected points that it can exploit. And the commonly heard supply problems make it quite likely that the Ukrainian army will not be able to maintain the same effective protection everywhere.
What most people do not realize is, Russia has never actually tried to exploit gaps in the ukrops defences.
This is a war of attrition, territory held is mostly irrelevant, the goal is to destroy the ukrops ability to fight. Then the Russians can advance wherever they want.

Russia has been capturing multiple villages per day since attacking from Belgorod. This is obviously a neglected area, as we can see there's barely any fortifications north of Kharkiv.
The fact that UA had over a year time to build fortifications, but they didn't, is a tell tale sign of true delusion. It seems that they really thought that glorious counter offensive will work and that they'd push RU out.
Kharkiv has no strategic value for Ukraine.

What do the regions in orange mean? I am confused do they mean that is what direction the Russians are coming from in the northern offensive? You should use a different color to show the advances of Russian forces in Kharkov region itself because it’s kind of hard to tell how much territory they really gained.

I think, i only now realized how big this war is. How much of work both sides do. But still, me living in moscow don't even hear the echo of it. People still think about the classy restaurants, fashion shoes, yoga, traveling, filter single sort coffee. Everyone mind his own business.I feel some disgust towards those who do not appreciate and respect this hard hellish work.
As one RU soldier said something along the lines of: "Most people in Moscow are unaware of horrors on the battlefield, we fight for them, but most of them don't even know how hard it is for us". But, to be fair, it's the same in UA. My coworkers brother lives in Odessa and he says that life is as usual, with occasional missile strikes that they don't fear since RU primarily target military.

Americans bombed and invaded all over the world and everywhere they did it they faced a lot of insurgency. But here we don't see it... Why? Secondly, slow and methodical approach allows Russia to really clear wherever they enter...

Apparently, the ones with white outline were captured in recent days, but not during the current day, while the ones with red outlines were captured in the current day. You can see the dates of each chunk by accessing the map in the description.

War is an objectively dire situation, I don't need to take part in one to understand that. Exactly for this reason, it is important to note that NATO caused this war (as well as many others, but that is another discussion), so overall the best that can happen is a win for Russia. Putin proposed some very specific and fair terms of peace, NATO didn't want to listen. So after wrongs there have to be consequences. Let's see if NATO's nazis listen when nobody wants to listen to them.

I have a question. I have often heard that no one wants large parts of Western Ukraine. . What if Belarus were to invade Ukrainian from the north and take some of that territory ?? Belarus has had a similar history to Ukrainian. Do they share enough common heritage that would allow a greater single state to be organized between Belarus and Western Ukrainian? Also would Russia be open to such a proposal ??

What i don't umderstand here is, the Russians clearly have the upper hand in this reigon. So why don'd they go through Varvarivka and Lukashove to try to encircle the Ukranian troops in Budarky they already have about 1/3 ecirclement ov it due to the border so it shouldn't be that hard?
Russia usually does not choose which part of the front to attack, but simply puts pressure on the entire front line at once, and where the Ukrainian defense is weakest, Russian forces begins to put even more pressure.
