No please, no...dont bait them; because the same old vegan/omnivorous debate will start again, and end up with insults, dogmas from each side, and an incredible shistorm (wich is unavoidable with such a subject) etc...
No, not if you consider everything from an animal, including faeces to be animal products, but I doubt the average vegan takes things that far, especially considering manure is a massively used plant fertiliser and controlling your diet based on the fertilisers used to grow it is far too difficult for the average person.
Thanks for linking the majority of your stuff featured in this video in the description Vsauce. Don't become a money grabbing sellout in the future no matter what, know that there's an entire online community that encourages this. And is more welcoming, open, adventurous, and virtuous as an entire whole than the other less connected, unpolished, more frustrating, outlandish, and depressing side of the community.
It doesn't seem sexist to me, but it made me have "sexist" thoughts. It's like the same eternal scene playing again in my head, from one side the autistic man describing his special interest with passion regardless if the listener understands, from the other side a woman with politely saying "that's good, that's brilliant, whatever" maybe just from politeness, not understanding the subject. And maybe that's fine, maybe the nature of the brains are different, I see the same scene many times in my life, I am also crazy with tendencies to talk about my special interests even if people don't understand, and usually I find more male geeks than females, but whoever doesn't understand pretends to be polite and get it, which I find amusing, so the video made me chuckle. I don't consider it "sexist" what I said, it just might sound bad, and there are few women who are unique and interesting to talk to, but usually I find more men really hooked into special interests and really interesting to talk about geeky subjects in deep.
+Jadandlud That is just absurd. If a Muslim cries because he touched bacon then I can say that guy ain't a Muslims or he/she does not know the rules of Islam. I touched bacon so many times... I ain't going to hell for that.
That's really awesome! I LOVE that you guys have made these curiosity boxes and I am so excited to get one! I feel like I have finally found something meant for me haha.
Oh the old myth that robots are going to make life so much easier for us... what a crock. Robots most likely are going to lead to a dramatic cut in available employment for people. Not to mention their motto "Kill all humans" while chugging beeer is a little weird
wait so the location of possibly endangered sharks are online? any moron with a internet access, a boat (or god forbid by swimming) and a really large fishing net can caught them and sell them....
+Error01 michael takes one idea for a video and massively expands in it with incredible amount of detail and quirky intelligence jake always seems to push his work as far as possible doing high quality movie like videos and dabbling with stuff like 360 view but vsauce two is basically now just a fact sheet in video form.
Hi zjackshot. Thanks for watching. Michael, Jake and I all work constantly on our videos. Some come out more frequently, some are longer than others. If you prefer longform content I suggest you check out my Humans series. It might be up your alley. Peace. ruclips.net/p/PLVQ8GqrsK7VBjPvNzGTjxj4Ts_W1Jg0DZ
I need a curiosity box right now! :) What a great idea! I think this is a great gift idea also. You guys are amazing!! Keep up the fantastic work, you make RUclips worthwhile. Vsauce and science fangirl forever!!!
Where can I find more of these videos at 4:40? They are really fascinating. Like people back then think incredibly about things we take for granted everyday
1:38 Why would they put all that expense into engineering a way to get the last few drops of shampoo? A couple dollars worth of shampoo will last you for months, so it's not like it's scarce or expensive. It seems like the engineering effort could've been put into something more useful.
Hey Kevin, I was wondering if you have ever heard of First or the Frc (First Robotic's Competition) it is a cool high school sport and something I thought you should know about.
hm i just realized that there wasnt a leanback in a really really long time it feels like its been 2 years or so any plans on bringing them back? (or did i just miss like 5 or something?)
"oh THAt's GOOOD" I remember that. Someone used that as a soundfile... wait, that was a thing Andrew Hussie did before he wrote the thing everyone remembers him for! Wow that was a long time ago. I guess I have a better memory than I thought.
Awesome! Isn't 2036 a tad pessimistic? I say 5 years. We'll see :P I like the poop road but I prefer Solar Roadways personally. Also those shorts of old movies at the end are way nifty :D Big up my man keep me posted on Science I love it!
Like highways weren't shitty enough~
Go Pack!
good one!
lol...
pig poop! woo!
W
"What is my purpose?"
"You get me the keys, Marty"
Meseeks...
¨Oh god...¨
I was thinking the butter robot. only purpose get rick butter
rahl163 That's what I was referring to :)
"Damn"
The 50s had such a great view of the future.
Yup, they had the awesome idea of making everything from nano-bots, :3.
I love the vintage videos at the end. it really shows the evolution of technology
Anyone else read "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"?
Yea I saw that too.
"Let there be beer, and beer was made."
That was a quote by Benjamin Franklin
Wasn't expecting to see our video of Marty in here! Thank you on behalf of Robotical and ExploreMore Media!
I want one!!
2:37 one of those unnamed sharks should be named "Whaley McSharkface"
Last time I was this early the UK was in the Eu
it still is.
Yea they still are, would take about 2 years before they can leave
Last time I was this early , that UK / EU joke was funny .
Enough is enough
***** It never was.
can vegans drive on those pig poop roads?
No please, no...dont bait them; because the same old vegan/omnivorous debate will start again, and end up with insults, dogmas from each side, and an incredible shistorm (wich is unavoidable with such a subject) etc...
Hey, let's play find the vegan
...Well, then I'm really hoping that the legion of vegan militants will be intelligent enough to avoid confrontation :/
No, not if you consider everything from an animal, including faeces to be animal products, but I doubt the average vegan takes things that far, especially considering manure is a massively used plant fertiliser and controlling your diet based on the fertilisers used to grow it is far too difficult for the average person.
They already drive over petroleum, which some of that petroleum comes from dinosaurs and prehistoric dinosaurs were animals.
I genuinely love the old snippets of videos at the end
I'll be 38 when the pizza delivery drone will be happening so I'm down with that.
I'll be 40
I'll be hungry
Ill be 36
imma be 54
That's just when it will be normal. Check one of your normal pizza places and see if they do it.
THANKS FOR UPLOADING THIS ON MY BIRTHDAY! : )

Wait, the birdbrain one...
Does that mean that dinosaurs were SMART?!?!?
Nobody knows.. and maybe nobody will ever find out
Well, actualy some dinosaurs could have achieved mind if not for the asteroid.
Birds are not dinosaurs. They are different things, because they don't have the same DNA. This is a totally irrelevant question to itself.
+Justin G Actually many birds share similar DNA to dinosaurs, such as falcons, hawks, and eagles. That's why they are called "raptors".
Justin G But chickens which are considered birds btw, are the closest animals to dinosaurs
Ben Heck has been doing those kinds of accessibility controls for ages
Not tested with Mirror's Edge but that's the only gameplay footage used?
yeah i thought that was weird too
Would make sense if they were filming as they were working on getting it to work with Mirror's Edge.
mind blow is the best thing about vsauce keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
4:40 back in the day when sexism was still acceptable.
White Genocide Resistor I actually just chuckled because by todays standards its bizarre.
+builder396 Why is it sexist?
+General-Duck its not
It doesn't seem sexist to me, but it made me have "sexist" thoughts. It's like the same eternal scene playing again in my head, from one side the autistic man describing his special interest with passion regardless if the listener understands, from the other side a woman with politely saying "that's good, that's brilliant, whatever" maybe just from politeness, not understanding the subject. +Optimus6128 wtf bro why are u writing like ur life depends on that. it's a joke based on modern cry babies who call themselves feminists
I can't even describe how much I love the juxtaposition of the vintage video's music next to the beat of the Vsauce music.
Could anyone suggest me something like this channel because once this episode finishes It'll be sad D:
Other than
Cold fusion
all the other vsauces
Vertasium, Seeker Daily and maybe thoughty2.
Sorry thoughty2 isn't really sciency but its more random and factual than scientific
Yeah that's why I typed maybe. He's got some pretty decent science episodes tho.
smarter every day
TedEd
The curiosity box has got me so hyped it is unreasonable. Thanks for the great content sir. Cheers.
Looks more like a Morty.
Morty is my dog's name lol
"Morty! Morty (urp), we gotta go to the place. The place, Morty! It's 4000 miles away! C'mon, we're burning daylight!"
+I'm Very Angry It's Not Butter lol rick and morty reference
+JackTheKille r nice one lol
Gotta love these old ads/inventions in the end of every video :D
Just wondering if Muslims would be okay with that poop road
Darn, that's the first thing I was gonna try.
Bruh, us Muslims are not scared of pigs or bacon or anything. You can throw it at us and nothing would happen. We just can't eat it lol
even if we touch it,we can still wash it
+Jadandlud That is just absurd. If a Muslim cries because he touched bacon then I can say that guy ain't a Muslims or he/she does not know the rules of Islam. I touched bacon so many times... I ain't going to hell for that.
Wait, why have you touched bacon so many times?
That's really awesome! I LOVE that you guys have made these curiosity boxes and I am so excited to get one! I feel like I have finally found something meant for me haha.
Silly woman! Doesn't know the difference between good and bad.
Yeah! I bet she'd think atomic exitation is bad! That's how heating works!
at least when it comes to technical computing terms from the cold war Era.
i cant wait for my car to be filled with tiny robits :P
slendy9600 Go to Japan, desu-chan!
***** Until they chase you out
Signed up for my curiosity box, can't wait to get it!
Oh the old myth that robots are going to make life so much easier for us... what a crock. Robots most likely are going to lead to a dramatic cut in available employment for people. Not to mention their motto "Kill all humans" while chugging beeer is a little weird
well their gaydars are pretty useful
Robots have already made life easier and created jobs as well.
Sounds like delivering pizza is your life-goal.
hey, beer's fuel to us! if you can't wrap your meat-bag mind around this little thought then maybe we should kill all humans!
I'm not really worried about robots turning against us.
I'm afraid we'll use robots on each other.
the curiosity box is such an interesting idea, it definitely sparked my curiosity!
wait is this the guy who drank poop water from the toilet? o,o
wasn't poop water. Before he cleaned the toilet and later filled it with water from water bottles. don't worry
This is what you took away from that video?
If that's what you got out of the video, why bother coming here?
For some reason the curiosity box showcase scene cracked me up way too much. Especially the beginning when he just kinda made a munch of mouth noises!
wait so the location of possibly endangered sharks are online? any moron with a internet access, a boat (or god forbid by swimming) and a really large fishing net can caught them and sell them....
i doubt it's that easy
You can't just swim up to a giant whale and trap it in a net, then drag it back to shore...
Katzen4u that is why I said "a boat (*or god forbid by swimming*)
Iberian Sniper ok, but what's gonna happen if some1 swims up to one of the whales???
Katzen4u umm, I dont know... like... get eaten or something? unless they're *vegan*
that end sequence was mind blowing :D
Does anyone else feel like this vsauce is way lazier than the other two
no
+Error01 michael takes one idea for a video and massively expands in it with incredible amount of detail and quirky intelligence jake always seems to push his work as far as possible doing high quality movie like videos and dabbling with stuff like 360 view but vsauce two is basically now just a fact sheet in video form.

that's a good professional response man!
+Vsauce2 you and your videos are awesome Kevin. just want you to know that those commenters are simply a loud minority.
Awhh my gosh that little marty robot is so cute

My favorite part of these videos is the old time footage at the end
I love the retro clips at the end!
I subscribed a month ago expecting vids at least once every 1-2 weeks, but now I get 1 vid every month
I need a curiosity box right now! :) What a great idea! I think this is a great gift idea also. You guys are amazing!! Keep up the fantastic work, you make RUclips worthwhile. Vsauce and science fangirl forever!!!
That guy with the foot controllers is going to have some mad calves.
I can't wait to be able to get those curiosity boxes, I've been in love with VSauce for years now, and I can't wait to be able to own my own box. :)
Where can I find more of these videos at 4:40? They are really fascinating. Like people back then think incredibly about things we take for granted everyday
Jam Handy reminds you to keep your preserves in a convenient place.
That is the only subscription box that I will subscribe to, cause I love my Vsauce
You really give Michael a run for his money. Great job!
2:06 Nice voice crack 10/10
So how do you guys benefit from the curiousbox if all proceedings go towards the disease foundation?
It depends on how you look at "benefits"?
He said a *portion* of it goes towards funding alzheimer's research. But even if they donated 100%, everyone benefits long-term either way.
For some reason I always smile when I see the light blue head exploding.
Dude rewatching this in 2019 that black hole thing is pretty rad still
Damn you V-Sauce, and your curiosity box; I'm so curious I had to subscribe.
Last time I was this early...
Dory was still alive
what dory's dead noooooooooooo!!!!!! wait why do I care😓
dory's not dead. No idea where that false info came from.
Wait . . . you're right, why do I care?
Last time on Game of Shells
Dory isn't dead
That Pizza drone clip was filmed outside your new office!
Ah, that ending clip from "Leave it to Roll-Oh" reminds me of every stereotype of a mechanic shop.
Doooooods can you post a link or a video showing close-up details of that lego starship at the ending card? I wanna build one! :D
I like how they are literally playing Mirror's Edge in the video, but he doesn't mention it as one of the games they've successfully played.
Those manure roads will bring a whole new meaning to the phrase "eating shit" when you wipeout on the road
Keep up the good work, I love your videos.
Hearing him say A&T State in his video really makes me happy to attend the very same university.
I love how unspecified amount of basalt + unspecified size furnace = 10 gallons of lava
Scary. Just a few days ago I dreamed of a presentation about VR games controlled hands free and with your feet instead
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! FINALLLY A MIND BLOW EPISODE
Didn't Grant Thompson make lava with a Thermo Nuclear Welder he made from a microwave???
yes, and it was awewome
1:38 Why would they put all that expense into engineering a way to get the last few drops of shampoo? A couple dollars worth of shampoo will last you for months, so it's not like it's scarce or expensive. It seems like the engineering effort could've been put into something more useful.
great quality video as always. thanks !!
Awesome collection of mind blowingly awesome facts. :)
2 vsauce videos in one day???
Belgian-style brewery Ommegang, NY. Well, you learn something new every day. Greetings from the land of beer, Kev.
thing about the manure though... most chimicals and pollutants wash into sea from roads. your manure roads will just speed allong its dispersion
3:14 REALLY WANT TO SEE THIS KIND OF THING SHOW UP IN VIDEO ARCADES!!
Yesssss, those people that made soap come out better are heroes
If the curiosity box can ship to Indonesia, I'd buy it.
I love these videos so much
Hey Kevin,
I was wondering if you have ever heard of First or the Frc (First Robotic's Competition) it is a cool high school sport and something I thought you should know about.
3:50 PRAISE THE SUN
I'm a simple Indonesian. I see Michael mention Indonesia. I like
I love these waterprove materials
What's in the curiosity box? Homemade lava? Pig poop roads? Pizza delivery drones?
There was already a gaming device that was made for PC that a counter strike streamer used since he had no arms, and surprisingly he wasn't that bad.
2:56 "Bailey, use your echolocation!"
hm i just realized that there wasnt a leanback in a really really long time
it feels like its been 2 years or so
any plans on bringing them back? (or did i just miss like 5 or something?)
WE want LÜT Back , It Is The Best things You EVER Done Guys
Plaese !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4:37
"What is my purpose?"
"You pass the keys"
"Oh my god"
"Yeah welcome to the club pal"
That password length at the end of the curiosity box promo
4:36
"What is my purpose?"
"You hand me keys."
"Oh my god...."
"oh THAt's GOOOD" I remember that. Someone used that as a soundfile... wait, that was a thing Andrew Hussie did before he wrote the thing everyone remembers him for! Wow that was a long time ago. I guess I have a better memory than I thought.
Can I receive this Curiosity Box even though I'm from Brazil?
i havent gotten a video from anyone from vsauce and im subscribed to all of them and i havent gotten a video in almost a year now. Thanks youtube -_-
Maybe next video you can explain the science of your upload schedule!
3:42 probably my teammates in mm
OMG he twirled the box in his hands!! I must have it!!
Awesome! Isn't 2036 a tad pessimistic? I say 5 years. We'll see :P I like the poop road but I prefer Solar Roadways personally. Also those shorts of old movies at the end are way nifty :D Big up my man keep me posted on Science I love it!
That videogame footwear stuff, I would want that just to play myself in some games lol.
I love watching this
