Probably because these neca figures are cheap like 20-30 dollars. The sh monster arts line that have accurate sculpts are expensive like 60-200 dollars. And with those prices the sh monster arts line are accurate to the suits/designs.

Titanus Godzilla King of The Monsters air dry clay would probably be too brittle and would break with any kind of pressure from moving the joints, unless it’s something I’ve not heard of yet

They didn't. Their figure is a stylization of the 64 suit. They didn't mess up anything with it.
