    well done!! I would recommend to add the juice left in the pan as a sauce since it has all flavour!

      How do you get that juice out of the oven? It's all the way at the bottom.

    Great vid thanks!!!! I would have used juice from pan also heated the fire and put it back in without foil to crisp the skin!

    kuzuya birşey sarmadan en az 6 saat tekrar yap.bıçak kullanmadan etleri elinle silkesen dökülür ve daha lezzetli olur .eline sağlık bu arada

      4 saat tam ideal gibi , 3 saat yaptım yetmedi. Sarmadan kurur gibi geliyor, eminmisiniz

      @@DanielDemir benim yaptığımı ve bildiğimi yazdım ve ilk defa kuyuya kuzunun kagıt ve aluminyum folyoya sarıldığını sizin videonuzda gördüm.sizde müthiş yetenekli birisiniz,deneme yanılma yaparak harika sonuçlar alırsınız,işinize karışmak gibi olduysa affola.içindeki su ve kuzunun derialtı yağ yapısı kurumayı önler ve biraz da kıtır bir dış katman aslında lezzeti de arttırır.hani steak pişiriken ki mühürleme yapar gibi ,sevgiler saygılarla

    Good oven but for cooking the lamb it needs at least 6 hours to enjoy the tenderness of the meat.
