    Hey Dr. Kristie. Your stuff is great, and I love cycling through a few of these for some basic body strength training.
    I suffer from POTS, and have lost a lot of muscle mass because of it. I wonder, would you ever be willing to make a video or two with full body exercises specific to POTS?
    Mostly exclusive to being on the floor. Since being upright can cause some issues. If you did that... I can't tell you how much that would mean to me, and a whole community of others who are just trying to get their strength and independence back.
