I'm not sure. For some reason uploading scores to the site seems to take longer on my end than it does on others. But it shouldn't be that hard for others to recreate these in my opinion. They're simpler than the main tracks, with not as many instruments.
For part 3 sure! I've already got the 19-track lineup in order for part 2 and unfortunately Ethiopia is not part of that one although it has been rightfully requested already.
