      Inherent rights to self-protection aren't 'allowed' by anyone, they're recognized in the constitution, but these are rights that free men need to exercise...especially when told that we need to be 'allowed' to do so.

      Yaa not so accurate here in Harris county, liberal Democrat judges are just as bad as those over there!! 1 guy has been released by several different judges 9 times, last case is murder, WHILE still having 3 open pending cases for violent crimes, his last “bond” was $1.00 because judge (his own words) “had to charge something, otherwise he’d release him with NO BOND”!! 😡🤬

    Each case will still be decided to the discretion of the DA and judge. 36 just adds another option that may or may not be enforced. Make it one year in jail mandatory and THEN we'll see crime decline.

    well some of it would help if he cleaned his property, i mean i get that they tore stuff off the building, but you can see piles of wood and 50 gal barrels just rotting away behind his business. Hope prop 36 helps. But it all comes down the judge in the end... and if he's still sitting on the bench, expect the same until he or a friend experiencing losses like the businesses do.
