Well, this looks like an endless pursuit. It would take forever to empty all of these cysts out and remove the sac from each one. For success this should have been started years ago and perhaps a routine effort to keep up with it. This looks like an elderlly person with solar comedomes from working for years out in the sun. EVERY single one of those cysts had a sac and she only removed the sac from maybe 4 or 5 of them, she just realized it after clearing half the face and decided “oh well” and just left them unfinished. They will grow back MUCH worse. It’s all for views, it’s clear because most of them there’s still stuff in them and so many still had the sack in there, I’m literally looking at a piece of sac hanging out of so many of them and she just goes to the next one.

I would say cysts. People need to understand what both client and technician are up against. To even begin to get the cysts sacks out alot of the fatty contents had to be removed for room to work. Those cysts are no joke. You can get them anywhere on your body. My husband's dermatologist calls them fatty grape cysts, I'm sure that's not the medical term, because they are in clusters, always filled with a fatty substance as opposed to the dead skin cell cysts. My husband has scars all o er his back from having them removed. No reason why some people get them. It has nothing to do with hygiene.

On another channel a girl who knows some English said that the dermatologists there see removal of acne or facial cysts below them and refer them to estheticians. Who unfortunately can only make the hole so big, because they can’t do stitches. They also can’t use an anesthetic.
They USE these poor elderly people for 💰making videos. NOT medically necessary and likely end up infected. NOT good! Also doubt these people are compensated for this!
The side of the needle is beveled so there's no ripping involved. It's actually a fairly clean cut and let's face it she's not doing any type of surgical procedure. As far as the pain, he willingly sat down in the chair and agreed to pay for this and is talking throughout. Pretty sure he's okay with the pain. And finally, there is absolutely no reason for her to change her gloves. I don't think you have a solid understanding of what a sterile field is and when it's necessary.
